1998 Sea Ray 400 Express Cruiser

Sadly I am putting my 1998 Sea Ray 400 express for sale. This boat is in excellent condition and it saddens me to to list her. My family and I are planning a move to Florida next year and we feel it would be easier without the boat and also we plan on buying a house on the water and we will not need such luxury accommodations to live on. This is the only reason I am selling her, if she doesn't sell she will come with us. All tv's have been replaced with LCD tv's (total tv's are 3), 1 tv in salon, 1 tv in forward cabin, 1 tv in the cockpit, 2 blu ray dvd payers, am/fm/xm radio (with your own subscription), Furuno navnet color radar, furuno navent color gps plotter, Garmin 7212 Gps plotter, Furuno 620 depth/fish finder, Standard horizon DSC and AIS VHF radio integrated with Garmin plotter and 30 watt hailer, brand new only 2 weeks old Sea Deck flooring ($2500.00), Brand new only a few months old KVH auto tracking Satellite TV system (with your own subscription), anchor windless with all chain, remote spotlight, Aft Spreader lights on arch are the brightest in the industry Rigid Industries ($350.00 each), Garmin XM radio and XM weather antenna ($600.00). Boat is detailed once a season. Boat looks and is fantastic. She is our summer home, its been well taken care of. The bilge is very clean. It has served our family perfectly. She is a great boat.
