This is a great liveaboard boat me and my wife and three year old have been living aboard for almost 6 months now. Recently 3 months ago boat was hauled and bottom paint and old bottom sealer completely removed and all blisters ground out filled and the hull was resealed with alex seal products then petite bottom paint. Both shafts where true and both props in perfect condition. stuffing boxes for engines had stuffing replaced and port motor was also replaced at this time. the boat has twin 350 mercruiser engines in it. both have new alternators circulation pumps and both new carbs t stats spark plugs new raycor style fuel water seprators with sight glasses. all new bilge pumps two in engine compartment and one mid ship. the boat has a fully operational flybridge with all controls and gps and depths sounders and vhfs at both station all working of course. the vinyle is in good condition a couple small places but very unnoticable for the most part. Inside it has a newer 9k btu marine air system and a window shaker 8kbtu unit for use when not on the boat so the raw water pump doesnt get clogged and take out the marine ac when boat is not supervised. has a three bank charger all three new batteries stereo head unit a year old. has vaccum flush toilet system which means no smell period a 25 gallon grey water holding tank twin 70 gallon fuel tanks and 70 gallons of fresh water in the water tank in front. has a very spacious v berth two adults can sleep in comfortably. also has a 10 gallon marine hot water heater. New 12v water pump for water pressure away from the docks a two burner stove top and a little bigger than a dorm style frdige with freezer. tons of cabinet space for pots pans food etc. 4 person dinnete and the couch pulls out into a queen size bed. I have gone through this boat with a fine tooth comb and it is 100% water ready. It can stay in its current marina for $13ft per month or there are many cheaper marinas around. Also this boat has a full enclosure with eisen glass for flybridge all canvas is in good shape but the glass needs help which can be replaced on the current canvas.
