Sea Ray

1989 Sea Ray 220cc with a2005 MerCruiser 5.7 liter, 300 hp engine.This is a 22' boat in good running condition that can carry up to 8 people. It has a fully upholstered cuddy which is in good condition It has a space for a porta potty and tons of storage.Since 2011 it has only been used in fresh water. It has a 54 gallon gas tank, dual batteries with an on/off switch. It has a bimini top and a full summer cover. Also included is a fish/depth finder.The following items have been replaced within the last few years. Rear seats upholstery, summer cover, engine starter, bilge pumps, out drive lower unit, gimbal bearings and bellows assembly.Boat is currently winterized and wrapped. All maintenance work has been done by the marina personnel.The minor issues with the boat are: 1) The back to back seats upholstery are in fair condition and has some tears. 2) The power trim up switch on the throttle works intermittently. I use the trailer button as needed. Down works fine. 3) Speedometer and trim gauge doesn't work.It also comes with a 2003 dual axle trailer that has been used mainly for winter storage. I have the title and registration for the boat and trailer which are in my name.
