Sea Ray 500 Sundancer

Very low time (644 hours) andrecently remodeled SeaRay Sundancer 500 Sport Yacht. This is a solid boat that has had a lot of recent work including complete interior renovation and engine services (10 hours). New Carpet in Master Stateroom and Guest Suite, new bathroom floors in both baths, all new leather trim, Koa Hardwood floors and SeaDek stairs. All new battery banks (8 batteries) and recent filter and oilservice complete. Kitchen updates include stainless steel faucet, Breville Cappuccino machine, and Brevilleconvention oven. New air conditioner pump installed in June. Everything on the boat works and is in overall very good condition. Recent compound and wax completed. Jet Ski is not included in the sale of the boat, only demonstrates hydraulic lift platform.The only items that could used replaced or repaired is the canvas, which is in fair condition and three seat bottoms show signs of age with some cracking, and one or two repairs. Nothing major, but if you were looking to upgrade those would be the only items at this time. We have measured and have the templates for the SeaDek Teak, and will include them in the sale.
