Description: 

1980 SeaRay, 17' 3", 170 horsepower. This boat has sat for 6-7 years the outdrive went sour and I replaced it but never worked right. I put a battery in it the other day and it fired and ran but like I said the outdrive slowly spins and acts like it is not fully engaging. I don't know what make the trailer is but it is heavy duty.
