Sea Ray 450 EXPRESSBRIDGE

I am selling my Sea Ray 450 Expressbridge. This boat has had repairs and services done for more than $40,000.00 this year alone. Among things done the propellers have been reconditioned to new specs, bottom has been done ($8000), all new zincs, new fuel lines to starboard engine, generator has received new parts and been serviced, boat has two new anchors, new anchor chain and rope.Boat was out of the water for months during repairs and was completely inspected by insurance company Progressive. I can provide pictures and details of all invoice repairs. I can also provide number to ask questions repairs from the repair facility. I also have a divers phone that looked the boat over less than a month ago.The boat has 3 bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 full/queen), 2 full baths with showers in both, full kitchen with fridge, 2 freezers (1 new), 3 burner glass top stove and convention oven. It has pressurized water system and waste system with pressurized vacuum systems for heads and maserators and ability to pump-out directly where allowed. It also has 3 Air condition units, Salon, guest room and Master room AC. We have added as backup 2 portable Air Condition units. Furniture beds and interior is in very good condition for 20 years use. No leaks from the big windows or any windows in the salon. Heads are in excellent condition and so is most of the interior and all the leather. There is also a portable washer/spinner in the boat.Mechanically, Boat has the sought after 8.3 6CTA Cummings Diamond Diesel engines 430hp each and I have cruised over 1200 nautical miles this year without issues from them and they have been 100% solid and reliable and at 850 to 950 rpms I can cruise at 8 - 10 knots depending on conditions. Fuel tanks are 2x200 gallons, water is 100 gallons. Engines are strong and responsive and smoke only slightly when cold like all Cummings and do not smoke at all after a few minutes. They idle great and start perfectly on first attempt every time. They run fairly cold and never overheat. Gears goes in and out without issues.Generator works and need strainer regularly cleaned to work optimal but it is working Phasor Kubota 8.5Kw diesel generator that provides 240V 30amps to the boat. Shore power system is 240V 50 amps and works perfectly. Boat has 12V, 125V and 240V systems. We have added 2 solar systems that charges two battery banks very well boat has 4x200 amps (lead acid bank for engine start and boat systems), 4x125 amps (lead acid) and 4x100 amps (lithium) for solar systems. Boat has 2 new anchors, 65ft heavy new chain, new chain rope and more. There is also a new inverter generator Westinghouse 4200 onboard as a backup. There are tons of spare parts filters and tools onboard to a substantial value among it a brand new outboard engine for dinghy.Boat is sold as is with no warranties. Boat is in good condition for 20 years and price level and it is the cheapest Sea Ray 450 Expressbridge in the world.
