Sea Ray 400 DA Sundancer

Meticulously kept Sea Ray 400. Looking to upgrade. I am extremely picky and have a detail maintenance record with every single detail and date ... down to changing light bulbs to LED in the cabin and which day I did which fixtures. All new batteries. 7 kW Westerbeke generator. Has always been in a covered slip. I have a diver check the boat once a year and clean the bottom. I have it buffed and waxed every six months. I have a guy that washes the boat every Friday so it's ready to enjoy. Boat is located at Ditto Landing in Huntsville. This boat has been loved and I absolutely love to maintain it so you'll see that the maintenance matches the use. I am just looking to upgrade to something larger. All items in pictures convey. I put brand new samsung 32" in forward stateroom and 42" in main cabin 4K TVs with DIRECTV receiver. Forward head with large circular shower. Rear head with French style show. 3 top electric stove burner in kitchen. Microwave. Coffee maker. Built in counter blender. Autopilot, radar, gps, satellite radio, brand new premium Polk audio marine sound system installed with subwoofer. Brand new refrigerator with separate freezer installed September 2015. Brand new extended canvas top with full isinglass enclosure in 2011. Impellers changed annually. I don't mess around. Maintaining this boat is also my hobby. Engines have approx 600 hours. Generator about the same.
