One owner since 2007.It has 8.1 S MerCruiser engines. 515 hours,Generator has very low hours as we always stay at a marina or YC.It

has been well maintained. Waxed every 4 months, bottom and running

gear cleaned every month, new manifolds every 5 years, oil changes and

fuel filters every 50 hours. Bottom paint every 2 years. Kept under a mooring cover. Vinyl looks good. Top needs replacing

soon. GPS, VHF and Smartview (engines) instrument have been upgraded. NO

BROKERS.
