Sea Ray 390 EXPRESS CRUISER

FOR SALE: 1989 SEA RAY 390 EXPRESS CRUISER in great shape! She is just under 42' LOA and has a nice wide beam at 13'10" at the widest point. Engines are Mercruiser 454's with roughly 400 hours, and run flawlessly. They went through a rebuild in 2012 along with a lot of the rest of the boat. Transmissions are original from what I understand and in great shape. Shifts in and out of gear very smoothly. Generator is a Westerbeke and in solid shape. I would recommend a carburetor rebuild on it, it does not get used very often. This is a direct drive boat, which means you have an engine, a forward/reverse transmission, and then a prop shaft attached to a propeller. There are no outdrives. Mechanically the boat is turn-key.The boat cosmetically went through many upgrades through a couple year process. The majority of the cabin has been renovated. Everything from new flooring, wall coverings, new headliner, etc... The pictures tell that story pretty well. In the cockpit, all of the vinyl has been replaced and/or recovered. The aft cockpit has had additional seating added to where there once wasn't any. The cockpit has a very nice stereo system consisting of multiple speakers and subwoofers. Boat sleeps 5 comfortably, 6-7 uncomfortably. Pretty much all electronic components on the boat work as they should from A/C to hot water heater to stove, etc. She is from that stand point pretty much turn key as well. Just done Fall 2018:

4. New cockpit cover (not pictured)

5. New Bow Seats/Cushions (not pictured) Things that are not perfect:

1. Gears in the windlass anchor motor are stripped and sometimes will not pull anchor line in by itself

2. Tile flooring in the bathroom never got laid down (on the never ending to-do list)

3. Weatherstripping around cabin hatches needs replaced or glued back down (has not been leaking, headliner is clean)That's really about it, she's a great boat and our family has thoroughly enjoyed it. It's in wonderful condition for its age, but please understand it is 30 years old and not perfect. The boat is a steal at $25990 and we will not take a dollar less.
