Sea Ray 310 Sundancer

1999 SeaRay 310 Sundancer for sale. This is an awesome boat. 2-4 people can live on it comfortably for great vacations at the lake and on the lake. 33' overall length with 2' wide full width factory swim platform on the back with 11'2" beam. Boat has twin 350's with approx only 300 hrs on each. 4.5 kw generator. Boat has V-drives(Like an inboard) Handles unbelievably well. Brand new stereo, 32" flatscreen. Systems support both 110 (with shoreplug) and 12v. Refrigerator is 2 yrs old($700). Also equipped with full pressure water system, shower/bathroom. cooktop, microwave. AC/heat. I do not have a trailer. Boat has been fresh water its full life and has basically every option available that year. Fire extinguisher system.Have every single book and manual.Have updated latches from plastic to stainless steel. Upholstery is in good shape. has some corner cracking and rear back rest has some cracking. would be considered average condtion on upholstery. The boat did have some graphics vinyl striping and i have removed them. Sold for 139k new. NADA is 43k-48k. a new 310 is right at almost 200k.This boat could use some updates so listing them here and have made a starting price that reflects this. It does need new canvas enclosure and eisenglass and have gotten quote for all new at around 2200. Needs new heat/ac unit, does have new ac water pump, but unit was making noise and crusair says needs replaced there are a couple models you can use and run about 15-1700. the touch pad controls work perfect. Needs new carpet for cockpit area. Does need some tlc(could use a buff/shine but very solid , clean and well kept. Have loved being on this boat and are only selling due to family illness issues. Moving it will require your own trailer or having it moved. has always been Marina Serviced.
