Sea Ray 305 Sedan Bridge

Thank you for having a look at my 1988 Sea Ray 305 Sedan Bridge. Unfortunately I never got the chance to use her as I had planned and now a personal situation has met motivated to sell her as soon as possible so that I can deal with more important things. I'll do my best to tell you all I know about the boat in this description, but feel free to contact me with any questions. All of the information is given in good faith, to the best of my knowledge. I have a video walkthrough that I can also send to interested buyers.You'll enter through the cockpit and sliding glass door into the Salon. The head, with shower and vacuflush head is immediately to port. Forward of the head is the banquette. The whole starboard side is the the galley with range and toaster oven. The master berth is all the way forward with a second midcabin double berth tucked under the banquette.The best part about this boat (and the reason why I bought her) is because most of her main systems have been replaced in the last ten years. Most importantly, her original engines have ben replaced with Mercruiser 350 MPI Horizons ($9,000 each I'm told). These come with the smart gauges that give you all the real-time information about the engines' performance. New 4-blade props (in pockets)were also installed during the repower. The A/C has been replaced and blows cold. The original head has been replaced with a vacuflush system. The stereo (located in the salon) has been replaced with a new bluetooth system so you can play your music from your phone from the bridge. The battery charger and associated wiring was also redone recently. She has a new canvas bridge enclosure that has actually never been used. The fuel filter assemblies on both engines were replaced two years ago as part of a factory recall on those parts. She got all new double-braid spliced mooring lines last year as well.In the interest of full disclosure, I also want to let potential buyers know about a few known issues: The interior and bridge upholstery is all pretty worn. Didn't bother me, but if you're looking for a boat that looks new, this might not be the boat for you. The generator is original as far as I know and not very reliable. The rudder shaft seals were repacked last year and the service department tells me that they will need to be replaced in not too long. The windshield drips in at least one spot when it rains.Other features include:- swim platform w/ ladder- Windlass and anchor- Two burner electric range- Toaster Oven- VHF RadioThe boat is currently on the hard at Liberty Landing Marina in Jersey City, NJ. She is being sold as is, where she is. Storage until 4/1 is included, as is spring commissioning. Asking price is less than what I bought her for, but still happy to work with all serious buyers open to a quick sale.
