We are the second owners of this cruiser and purchased it from Land's End Yacht Sales inHarrison Township it had just had a completeenginerebuild in the fall of 2013 done by Blue Water Marine inHarrison township it had 985 hours on the motor before the rebuild and now it has 30 hours since the complete rebuild and we have all documentation showing this. The complete cabin carpet was replaced by Classic boat decks inHarrison Township along with the complete cabin being updated by Alexa custom upholstery. It also has a up to date Garmin echoMap 50's GPS with Fish finder and depth sounder along with a airmar B60 bronze thru the hull transducer.Length is 29 beam is 9'0" it has a mercruiser 7.4L with a Bravo II, radar arch full canvas with camper,cockpitcover, stereo with CD and remote, AC/DCrefrigerator with microwave, hot and cold water, electric range, toilet with holding tank. It has shore power and comes with 30A cord, standard VHF, dual wipers and a Lewmar V700 powerwindless with remoter control and a stainless steel claw anchor, snap in cockpit carpet and a ski toweye. I also installed amonitorand camera so I could view the upper area while in thecabin. It has power hydraulic trim tabs, dualbatteries with dual switch, under water blue lights, new fire extinguisher, it has the swim step with fold down ladder transom shower.
