Sea Ray 290 Sundancer

I am selling my Sundancer due to health issues. THERE IS NO TRAILERShe has twin 4.3L V6s with stern drives. 620 hours approximate. I have owned her since 2021 and have had her slipped in a marina at Lake Norman. Most everything functions as it should except the generator and whats noted below. Upon servicing it (generator) late last month I found water in the oil. Im not sure what is wrong. The glycol in the heat exchanger is full so its not a head gasket. What she needs: Haul out, hull cleaning and bottom paint, she wont get on plane due to bottom fouling but does cruise all day at 8-10 knots with ease. Drives serviced, I have all the parts, new bellows, gaskets, pilot bearings and lower shift cables. Engines tuned, I have all tune up parts. VacuFlush needs a new pressure switch, system functions but the switch sticks. I can demonstrate. I do NOT have a new switch, $200 easy to replace. Trim tabs worked on, they move but not full stroke. Cockpit seating is 80% new there is a small rip on the port lounger back rest, I will post a picture tomorrow if I can get down to the boat. The slip is paid until 03/24 and can be transferred easily. I have a clear title in hand and is good until 2025. Many new parts: Canvas full enclosure 2021, Batteries x 3 2022, Fuel sender 2021, Oil service both engines 09/23 less then 10 hours. Starboard engine, new starter 09/23, new alternator 04/23, Transom assemblies and outdrives 2017 I have receipts. Engines were said to have been changed in 2015 by previous owner but no receipts. I have numerous new parts, too many to list. All cabin equipment function as they should, A/C-Heat, Fridge, Stove top (electric), Microwave, Full head with shower, Hot water heater. Magma propane grill. Full compliment of galley gear, (plates, bowls, pots, pans, utensils, glasses etc.) All fenders and lines, life jackets needed for safe operation, New (in date) fire extinguishers, Fusion radio 02/23, integrated into the Garmin Echo Plus GPS with latest US inland waterway and lakes maps. Easily transferable to new owner.The kayak is NOT included.Again, she is on Lake Norman NC southern area, there are numerous ramps capable of getting YOUR TRAILER in to haul her out.She is being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with NO RESERVE.
