Description:

Popular 280 Sun Sport Model made by Sea Ray. You get the best of both worlds with the large seating area you would plus the upgraded cuddy with vacuflush head you would get with a cruiser. This Sun Sport comes with the Dual Mercruiser 350 engines with Bravo I outdrives. The Port engine has approximately 100 hours on it. The Starboard engine has 764 hours on it and has a couple cylinders low on compression. Triple batteries for long lasting fun. 127 gallon fuel tank for those long weekend rides. Freshwater tank and Grey water tank. Clarion Stereo. Garmin GPS. Radar Tower. Full custom cockpit cover. Full Custom Eisenglas. Double axle fast load trailer. Trailer included. I've been asked a few times about A/C and Generator. The boat does not have A/C. I do take a portable generator with me when we go out in case We want to use the microwave. You could also purchase one of the smaller portable A/C units and hook it up to a generator. The boat and trailer come with a clear KY Title. No Liens. . The trailer is a 10,000 lbs gross weight trailer.(not pictured) The boat only weighs 7,400 lbs dry. Full of your stuff and fuel i'd say not more than 9k lbs of pulling. A good 3/4 ton truck can easily pull this boat. The port engine was replaced by the previous owner because water entered the exhaust manifolds and drown out the cylinders. Good day, I am very interested in your Sea Ray 280. What condition are the tops in, was the boat ever used in salt water, is ther any rips/tears in the interior, was bottom paint ever installed. Was is the extent of the engine with low compression would it need to be replaced at this time. I live in Canada about 500 miles from kentucy and have a RAM 3500 dually so picking up the boat is not an issue. Because I would be exporting the boat to Canada and our dollar is a little high on the exchange can you do better in the price. I am a cash buyer and ready to make a deal in 2 weeks if all checks out.
