We are the 2nd owners having bought the boat in 2004. We basically stopped using her after 2008 and have had her stored and covered in a marina ever since. We got rid of the Outdrive a few years ago so that is something you'll have to buy separately. Please note, the boat is in very good condition but we haven't used it in a few years. I'd recommend the boat to someone who is handy with small issues or for someone who wants to fix the imperfections and flip it for a nice profit. As far as the boat itself, the 270 is the largest sundeck model produced by Sea Ray. You wont feel overcrowded on this boat. Theres plenty of seating space (seats 10) to go around. The helm has a comfortable well-padded swivel seat with full instrumentation, and the controls and switches are positioned for quick an easy reach. The portside enclosed head compartment has a lockable door, pump-out head, vanity with sink and mirror, lots of storage, and a stainless steel portlight for ventilation.A berth in the starboard helm not only allows a private catnap, it provides extra storage space as well.A portlight provides fresh air and natural light. The cockpit wetbar has a sink, faucet with pullout sprayer, built-in insulated cooler, beverage holders, and a large storage area underneath.Bow seating features sunloungers on both sides.A built-in ice chest and concealed swim ladders in both the bow and stern come in handy. It even has its own portlight. The cockpit sole offers good storage space for skis, a wakeboard, or life vests. There are convenient tables for both the cockpit and bow.
