Here is a well maintained 2004 model Sea Ray 270 Sundeck. All mechanical service has been done within the last 25 hours of operation including spark plugs, oil, filters, water separator, outdrive oil, fresh water pump impellers and housing, fuel pumps, exhaust and drive shaft bellows.

Power: Shes powered by a fuel injected Mercruiser 6.2 Liter MPI engine with 348 hours and is backed by a very tough Bravo Three outdrive. This drive unit has counter rotating stainless steel propellers providing maximum traction while eliminating steering torque at the helm. It is also equipped with hydraulic trim tabs and dual batteries with switch. The engine and outdrive have been tested and are in excellent condition.

Deck: The deck area is very spacious and comes witha bimini top with stainless steel frames, mooring covers, and a bimini boot. The forward upholstery has some checking but is in good, usable condition. Both captains chairs are swivel style for added comfort while standing and are in good condition. Port side there is an enclosed head with sink, porta-potti, light, mirror, and hatch. Starboard side is an enclosed sleeping/changing area with cushions, light, and hatch. There is a pressure fresh water system with fresh water showers and telescoping stainless steel swim ladders located at the bow and stern. Mid deck are a sink with pressure fresh water, a large ski locker, another medium storage deck locker forward deck, and a small wet well under the forward most step.

Hull: The hull is ingood condition with a niceNavy Bluecolor and has never been bottom painted adding efficiency and speed over bottom painted hulls. The hull cleans very well.

Batteries: The batteries were replaced in January 2018.

GPS: Garmin 52CV Chirp chart plotter and depth finder including the detailed SW Florida chip.

Mooring Covers: New Sunbrella covers are bought last year.

Auto-fire suppression,Smart craft gauges,Clarion marine stereo w/wired remote, Ski tow cleat, Dinette table.

This boat was acquired June 2017 for $25,000. No expense has been spared doing preventive maintenance since purchase. Maintenance records are available. Only selling because a larger boat is desired for offshore use. Willing to take substantial loss on boat to make way for the Grady White that will be delivered within the next eight days.
