  2. A $500 deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction.

  3. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  4. The remainder of the balance is due within 3 days of the Auction end. If contact is NOT made within 24 hours of Auction end, we reserve the right to re-list the boat.

  5. Please be advised that your bid is a binding contract. If you decide you do not want the boat and want to back out of the sale, please read classifieds board's rules. If you still decide to back out of the sale, you will be billed $100.00 for the loss of the listing fee and selling fee that classifieds board charges the seller.
