ENGINE:

Mercruiser 7.4L (300HP) marine engine (~430 hrs) with Bravo III outdrive with dual stainless steel props. Includes 100 gal fuel tank (gasoline) with fuel gauge at helm. (Fuel sender was replaced two years ago)

KEY FEATURES:

• The boat comes with full camper canvas, including

  isinglass (transparent) side curtains around helm (for use during rain or rough

  seas) equipped when new (significant dollar value)

• Inverter/charger was replaced in 2013
• Refrigerator
• Uncertain of volume capacity of automatic fire

  extinguisher in bilge. It was provided from factory so its sized properly.

• Sanitary system actual system is porcelain commode in

  private head, with manual flush. Flush system uses sea water flushed to 28 gal

  holding tank in bilge. Head also has powered ventilation to outside and sink

  with running hot/cold water

• Fresh water system includes pump that pressurizes system

  to sinks in galley and head, as well as to cockpit wash down, from 24 gal tank

  in bilge. Hot water is also provided to both sinks from 6 gal water heater in

  bilge

• High quality bottom paint was last applied in 2017
• Fresh water cooling system pumps sea water through

  engine. It is not a closed system (w/radiator, etc.) and would therefore be

  inappropriate for salt water use. Impellers was replaced in 2016

• Custom carpet snap-in inserts for cockpit deck, last

  replaced in 2004

• Forward cabin sleeps two in V-berth, or converts to

  dining area with table

• Mid-cabin sleeps two
• Aft cockpit dining table, with facing seats, converts to

  sun pad or sleeps two

• Storage behind cockpit seat, cooler bin under seat with

  drain

• VHF Radio (Replaced with new unit in 2014) and antenna
