***Located in Brooksville Florida at a private residence **** This is a NO RESERVE auction for a 1987 Sea Ray 270 Sundancer aft cabin with twin 260 hp Mercruiser I/O's. We are selling this boat at no reserve for a third party and our description is based on photos and previous owners statements. The photos are from last summer as well as the boats current location. It is being stored in a covered horse stable and may be a bit dirty from dust but otherwise photos are accurate. It is currently listed online for $12500.00. *** PLEASE NOTE that the previous owner has removed the stern drives to service the bellows and gimbal bearings and has not performed the work or re-installed the drives. They are however in the condition shown and included. The owner has purchased a new larger boat and decided to sell as is.This boat was extensively updated with many mechanical and cosmetic upgrades. The cushions are all new and look great. Some canvas was replaced and interior cleaned up well. The engines were serviced / maintained and said to need nothing other than the outdrive services. It was used last summer with no issues according to previous owner. As you can see in the photos they spent much time and money on restoring her. It has an Onan Generator that is said to run well. Please keep in mind that we did not personally inspect the boat so cannot guarantee details. We will however guarantee that you are happy with your purchase. We require you to pay in full for the boat before inspection /pick up but will refund you 100% at time of inspection if you don't like the boat.
