This is a no reserve auction fora 1987 Sea Ray 270 Amberjack with twin Mercruiser 165 hp FWC I/O's.The trailer shown is NOT included in the sale but isavailable.We are listing this boat for a third party and representing it in completelyas-isconditionwith noreserve. Please read the ad and view the pictures carefully as this boat will be sold to whoeverhas the high bid at auctions end.We have included68 large pictures below the adto show you as much detailas possible as well as a description of condition. Our description of conditionis based on a brief and casual inspection and is only to help you decide its value. You are welcome to inspect the boat in person if you wish to do so. It is located inOld Saybrook Ct, 06475 and is available anytime by appointment.

The previous ownerdrove the boat from his marina to the ramp where we picked the boat up last week so we know it runs. He stated that the engines do run but both need work. We are not sureif they just need maintenance/tune ups or more involved work. They areboth freshwater cooled Mercruiser four cylinders with power steering. The power trim/tilt still works well and overall the engines look fairly clean. We did notice while cleaning the bottom that the port outdrive has a rot hole in the lower unit section. We also noticed that both outdrives have corrosion. The steering and shifting seem to work smoothly as well. The trim tabs, running lights, bilge blower, horn andinterior lights and many accessoriespowered up. There is an onboard battery charger,cooktop stove, and refrigerator but we did not power the 120VAC shore-power side to test anything. There is astereo and VHF radio as well.The hour meter reads only 635+/-hours (see pictures) which is low for the age. If you are handy I'm sure you can get the boat into top shape and have a great overnighter/ sportfish ready for next spring.

Cosmetically the boat looks good but would benefit well from a detailing and buff/ wax job.There are age appropriatescratches and dings throughout.The port deck on the bowhas asoft area.The seats and cockpit cushions look good and there is a nice bimini top with full back drop.The canvasmooring coveris functional. Down below the cabin is huge for a 27 footer. Please view all the pictures below this ad to judge the condition yourself.We have the Ct Registrayion in hand and ready to transfer.

The pictures are current and the boat is being sold as is in the condition shown. The trailer is not included but is available for $3300.00 if needed.It is a new 2015 Venture bunk model that fits the boat very well.You are welcome to come to our shop and inspect the boat anytime prior to auctions end. We havestate ofregistration certificate for the boat readyto transfer. The boat will need to be paid for in fulland picked up within one week of auction ending unless you have made other arrangements with us.We are available to deliver it anywhere for $3.50 per hauled mile if needed. If you bring your own trailer we will help get the boat loaded at no charge.
