Engine oil was last changed 23 hours ago, and outdrive oil was last changed 59 hours ago.The sound system on this boat has been completely upgraded and now boasts a 4.1 fully amplified 1100-watt sound system and stereo head unit that includes Bluetooth receiver, USB inputs, and microphone for hands-free phone conversations. The original 1990s-era chartplotter has been removed and replaced with a mount for a tablet and a microUSB charging cable. I am including a carry-onair conditioner,snap-in carpeting, spare propeller, and a camper top. The camper top does not have any major rips or tears but the Eisenglass is discolored.Installed features on this boat include: hydraulic trim tabs, electronically-controlled spotlight, convertible head/shower with manual flush toilet, water system, hot water heater, battery charger, 30-amp shore power service, refrigerator, electric/alcohol stove, and typical V-berth amenities. There is also a mid-cabin sleeping area where the portable AC and second table top is being stored at this time. The engine and outdrive on this boat are 100% mechanically sound. The boat actually just took us from Fort Myers to Key West and back without incident. There are only three known issues with the boat: 1) The VHF channel dial only works intermittently (but the VHF handset has channel selection buttons that work fine), and there is currently no VHF antenna installed on the boat; 2) one electrical outlet attached to the side of the galley is not functional; 3) the storage cubby behind the galley sink sustained water damage from a prior porthole leak and the cosmetic repair could have been better (see picture). These are all pretty minor issues and in no way affect the ability to drive and enjoy the boat. It is essentially turn key. I am only selling because my wife and I want to move up to a boat in the 40-foot range that is more suitable for long trips/extended time living aboard. The boat has a dry weight of about 5300 lbs, is 25ft long (about 26.5ft LOA with bow pulpit and outdrive included), and has an 8.5ft beam. It will cruise at 21 knots comfortably and has a top speed of about 30 knots. If you would like to look at the boat, feel free to message me to schedule an appointment. It is stored indoors in Cape Coral, FL at a dry storage facility. Boat is also for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early if boat is no longer available. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. Winning bidder must pay full balance and pickup boat within 7 days of auction end. Boat must be picked up locally or buyer is to arrange for shipping if necessary. No trailer is included. Thanks for looking and happy bidding!
