Sea Ray 250 Sundancer

1987 Sea Ray Sundancer , measuring 28' foot in length with an 8' beam. Two owner boat with a tremendous amount of documentation and stacks of receipts confirming meticulous maintenance.The hull is in very nice, above average, condition for its age and use. Could use a wax, but nothing further. The bottom paint line visible in the pictures has been removed. Cockpit upholstery is in like new condition. Absolutely no cracking or fading. The full camper canvas enclosure is in very nice condition and only about 18 months old. Cabin cushions are original and in outstanding shape with no smells, stains, or tears. New macerator toilet installed April of 2020. All appliances operate as they should.Engine is a Mercury 350 V8 I/O with 260hp. It has been professionally serviced every spring and runs flawlessly. A new outdrive was installed July 2020 along with a new prop. All mechanical components are water ready now. Known issues;1. Trim gauge is not reading accurately. I haven't taken the time to investigate.2. One snap on the canvas top has pulled out of the hull. Will likely be fixed prior to sale.Trailer is an EZ Loader. Capacity is significantly more than what the boat weighs. Tires have less than 200 miles on them. The brakes do need to be bled. Only reason for selling is an out of state move.
