Turn key, well equipped, 38' (380 D/A) Sea Ray Sundancer in exceptional condition. Sleeping accommodations for 6, a complete galley, and a spacious cockpit area for relaxing and entertaining. Perfect sport-cruiser. Beautiful interior cherry wood finish and upscale decor and appointments inside and out. Pocket doors offer privacy in the master stateroom with private head entrance as well. Cockpit has a large u-shaped couch with a cockpit cocktail table, that drops down converting to a sunbed.

Interior looks new.

Two owner boat. Original owner over 70. Current owner over-- 61 year old professional.

Boat has been meticulously maintained with open wallet since inception.

Newishrefrigerator, vhf with emergency GPS, cockpit carpet

NewLewmar windlass, searchlight with remote control.

Generator would not start last week but worked fine 6 months ago. I am assuming needs new impeller. Was not used since that time. Reserve so reflects.

I bought this boat in July 2019. I use the boat regularly on weekends. Moving on to a larger boat.

Due to Covid, I am not permitting sea trials. Any in-person inspection or purchase process will require the buyer to wear mask, social distance and provide health status. Inspection by surveyors or mechanics by prior approval only.

I am over 60 and have health issues. Please do not bid if you are not willing to accommodate.

Both engines appear to be operating properly and everything on the boat appears to be working.

Imperfections:

cockpit cushions are generally in good condition but rear cushion has seam that needs to be stitched about 4 inches.

bimini coverings are also generally good condition but Isinglasshas small puncture in two sections and will need to be replaced at some point.

I have never used cockpit ice maker and do not know status.

swim platform has small fiberglass cosmetic issue on port side that should be repaired at some point.

The boat is being sold as is with no warranties express or implied. Inspection by mechanic encouraged.

The boat is listed locally and I reserve the right to cancel the auction with no notice.
