UPDATE - Boat is being re-listed due to a problem with the previous winning bidders payment method and location.On 10/23, the boat was hauled and the hull was pressure washed (it was very dirty) and it was put on blocks for storage and winterizing. We rarely used itsoit's dirty and will need to be cleaned. We took it out in the Bayin the middle of September and it ran great. Before it was hauled on 10/23,I would runthe motors and generator and exercise the transmissions every week. Last summer, the marina mechanic replaced the starboard motor with one with 200 hours on it and installed new Risers and manifolds on the port motor. In August, both motors were serviced and new batteries were installed.A new Echomap Chirp 74cv and a new marine radio recently installed along with a new 24" flat screen TV/DVD player. All dock and shore powerlines are included. The canvas top is damaged from a storm and will need to be repaired or replaced. The cockpit seats need to be recovered. I am moving toTexasand must sell the boat.To the best of my knowledge, there are no major issues with the boat but the boat is being sold as is. no refunds accepted.

Equipment that I know works - Both motors and transmissions. Generator. Airconditioning. Refrigerator. Hot water. Plumbing, I use the dock water connection and have never tried to fill the water tank. Toilet. Shower. Stove. Stereo. TV/DVD, all electrical equipment.

Equipment that doesn't work - Microwave, horn, windshield wipers. Not sure about the fresh water holding tank, I've always used the dock connection. I've never tried to use the ice maker. One of thewooden inserts on the swim platform is missing.
