Sea Ray 230 CC

Selling our boat as it needs some repairs to run and we don't have time to use it anymore. We had a mechanic take a look at it in the summer. The starter needs to be replaced, but other than that there are no mechanical problems we're aware of. Other problems I tried to capture in the images linked at the bottom of this post:-The plastic windows on the back of the canopy have holes in them and probably need to be fixed up or replaced.-The aft starboard seat sits diagonally because the slat holding it in place has sunk down a few inches; this appears to be fixable, but hasn't been a huge nuisance for us.-The diving plank at the bow has some wood missing that should be fairly easy to replace or cover.-Only one of the two batteries is still good (we actually just bought a new one), which should be fine to start it, but you may want to get a deep cycle battery for running the stereo/lights/etc. when the engine isn't running.Other details:-There is no trailer.-Currently docked at Leschi. Moorage is paid for through the end of December.-Engine is a MerCruiser Alpha One 260 Horsepower V8. The engine is quite powerful. We've easily been able to pull a few people behind this on a tube or skis.-I don't recall where to find the exact mileage number, but it should be quite low. It was very low when we got it (I believe only a few hundred miles), and we've used it on average about 10 times per summer since then, for the last 3-4 years.
