Financing is available, or even split ownership if you want to share cost of maintenance and marina expenses.I have been renting this boat on short term rental websites and making pretty good income to pay for expenses. So the pictures and video I am posting I already had from advertisements for the rental.Mechanically, runs great, no issues. I use the money earned from rental income to maintain the vessel and I use the boat often.I am selling because I now have a new baby and do not foresee using the boat in the near future, and I could use the money. You can continue renting it as I did, at the location here in Miami, I can set you up, its pretty much automated. You can do it remotely from anywhere in the world, 95% automated. Here is the Ad:https://www.homeaway.com/vacation-rental/p7419502?noDates=true**You can see some more pictures thereHere is a video walk through.https://youtu.be/XBgD7C3ZsAQIt was last bottom painted about 18 months ago. It doesn't need it anytime soon. Zincs are maintained, no issues there. Current rent at marina is $500 per month. The rental income clears that every month. No generator, but there is a 300 wat solar panel and inverter which powers pretty much everything but the AC.When at the dock, the AC works great, could even be a liveaboard also if you are into that.We take it to Haulover sandbar because its only 15 minutes away, we have lots of great memories there.A piece of me doesn't even want to sell it, the way I set it up, it pays for itself. But one day I think I am ready for a larger vessel since I have a second baby coming.I am even open to part owner ship if you want to just share cost and expenses financing is OK with me also. You will have to put a meaningful deposit down, but I can finance the rest. Please be aware deposit from this listing is non refundable. So only bid if you are serious! If you have questions, just give me a call at phoneOn Jun-27-19 at 06:07:38 PDT, seller added the following information:Update with frequently asked questions:The engine hours are not really known since they are new engines from 2009-20010 before I bought the boat. They are 2 big block mercruisers 454.There is no trailer that comes with the boat, but it can be trailered, I actually had it shipped from Florida Keys to Miami when I bought it. (some boats are too big for shipping). The engines work great and if there are any small problems I will fix it at my expense to make the boat turn key for the next buyer. Even though it's "as-is," I intend on giving the buyer a positive experience with the purchase! On Jun-29-19 at 06:10:57 PDT, seller added the following information:
For split ownership, let's do $12,500 plus split expenses. So the marina payment would be $500/2 = $250 plus regular maintenance.
