I don't really know much about this boat. With jumper cables the outdrives will go up and down. Tried to start it and all get is clicks. Might need new batteries and all that. I don't have any title s for either. Sold with just bill of sale s. Must pickup. Any questions please let me know and I will do my best to answer them.
