Sea Ray 195BR

Up for bids is my 1995 Sea Ray 195br bowrider ski boat. This bot is in good shape. I bought it the beginning of the season and ended up repowering the boat in mid July this year due to excessive water in the old engine.I have paperwork for the new 4.3lx Mercruiser longblock. I also replaced the exhaust manifolds and risers, manifold, thermostat, water pump, plugs and wires, bellows, and battery. The engine has approximately 20 hours on it. I broke it in appropriately with varying low rpm range for the first 5 hours of repower, slightly increasing rpm range up to 10 hrs, from 10-20 hours 3-4,000 rpm range with short bursts of WOT.Has the Alpha One Gen II outdrive which is in good shape, the tip of the skeg is gone as seen in the photos.I took out the original green carpet out and laid a 1 part Total Boat TotalTread Non Skid.This boat needs some minor cosmetic work, the seats have some staples coming out on the underside, the swim platform wood is soft on the backside, there are some small chips in the gelcoat but nothing major.I added the bimini top august of this year.I had fun on this boat over the summer, only selling because I want to go bigger!If you have any questions feel free to ask!
