Sea Ray

You are (hopefully) bidding on a 1994 27' Sea Ray twin inboard/outboard cruiser,and there is no reserve! This boat is a definite project, as it needs both engines replaced. The boat was originally equipped with twin GM 4.6 liter V-6 gas engines, marinized by Mercruiser. When the boat was donated to the Sea Scouts, neither engine would turn over. One engine has since been removed (the short block is no longer with us), and the other has been disassembled.There are various engine parts on board, including exhaust manifolds, risers, wiring harnesses, and carburatorsThey both need to be replaced--perhaps you could upgrade to V-8s! The rest of the boat is in fairly good condition, although it needs a good cleaning. There is a v-berth forward that can be converted to seating around a removable table, a galley, a head with shower, and a large aft deck. There is no trailer, so the buyer would have to make transportation arrangements. We can tow the boat to the boat yard or anywhere else within Marina del Rey (but not outside Marina del Rey). Boat must be removed within two weeks of close of auction. No warranty is expressed or implied. $500.00 deposit due within 24 hours of end of auction, balance due within 7 days. All proceeds form the sale of the boat will be used by Sea Scout Ship 16 in Marina del Rey, Ca.
