1982 26ft Sea Ray SXL 350 HP Gen V 454 TR trans and outdrive and custom built trailer with brakes. Its been in fresh water most of its life with brackish recently.

The Sea Ray SXL is the predecessor of the infamous Pachanga Sea Ray sport boat. Although this boat looks like a performance boat, with a low profile windshield and fairly flat front deck, it has 6ft stand up head room with full galley and standup head and shower. The Pachanga does not. Where the Pachanga is an overnighter this SXL has accommodations for a whole week trip. The camper canvas adds to cockpit space for staying out of the weather. In addition to cabin sleeping it has fold down seating as well as extendable back seat. Included is a fresh water system, as well as dockside water, an electric range, dual voltage fridge and shore power. This is a special order SXL, practical features like more seating and full bow rail. See 1982 Sea Ray brochure. The SXL was available with 2 small block chevy V-8s or single big block 454. This boat has been upgraded from 330hp to 350hp single big block. Regarding sea worthiness and ride. It has three batteries, battery switch and on boat charger. With its deep V hull and flared bow this is one of the best riding and dryest boat Ive ever been in. New York harbor and the East River Hells Gate can get pretty nasty as some people know, this is the only boat my wife feels comfortable in there. The upholstery is original and most it in good shape. I redid the vinyl on the fish well cover, a whole roll of matching marine vinyl comes with the boat. I have a spare TR outdrive and as well spare props including 1 stainless come with the boat. Right now the boat has the winter cover on it. Underneath is an elaborate wood frame that is assembled each year, it comes with the boat.
