The trailer would need to be registered as a homemade trailer if the buyer lived in Florida which is very easy to do if you wanted it or bring your trailer and take it home. • The boat must be picked up within 7 days of the auction ending and the boat must be paid in full prior to taking pocession of the boat.

• Title and bill of sale will be signed and handed to the new owner at pick up after payment has been received and the boat is accepted by the buyer.

• This boat is being sold as is. No warranty implied. Although this boat runs perfectly and has been maintained as well as it possibly could, you are buying a 2006 boat and the buyer assumes the risks associated with that.
