Meticulously maintained by OCD guy. 23'6" length and 8'9" beam. Draft is only 12" so perfect for Florida waters. Clear title. Comes with tandem axle trailer and weighs 3500lb dry. We are a family with teens and just aren't using anymore. I'll miss it but my wife will not. ONLY 99 hours total! That's less than 14 hours a year......basically from dock to Shell Key and back six times a year. Take your whole crew and a guest family as it holds up to 12ppl or 2000lbs.
