Santa Barbara

This Santa Barbara was built by Santa Barbara Yachts in Santa Barbara California in 1968, these hulls are well known cold hand laid, looking down in the hull the fiberglass looks as if it was just made, twin V8 Cummins twin disc gears, 52' X 15.5' center of stern access for easy dock or skiff boarding (high sides) this vessel has a wood super structure the major work being a 2'' X 6''that runs the length of the top of the fiberglass hull on both sides has bad spots in it so will need replaced and the 1' strip of deck along the side of the house and is marine grade plywood that is the major however the entire vessel inside and out needs a go over hands on remod no small task this is a great vessel that turns around in it's own space nice size for a live aboard any bigger would be difficult in small areas. set up for queen in master, ample walk around with full length dressers along the hull the vessel being 15'+ wide with shower, head and settee, two rooms forward with another shower and head (vacuflush) 70 gallons black water 170 gallons fresh hot and cold and anchor chain flush, don't believe cell phone cameras mine made the Encore look like it was at it's last remodel 25K it will be what you make of it exactly.
