For consideration is my 1994 Rinker Festiva 240. This vessel combines the versatility of a recreational boat and a fishing vessel without sacrificing either. Included in the auction is the Trailmaster trailer in the pictures. I purchased this vessel in 2011. Prior to that and after the purchase, she was located in Cincinnati, OH and was serviced by SeaRay of Cincinnati and Dry Dock Marine. Since relocating to Northern Illinois, she has been slipped at Waukegan Harbor and serviced by Larsen Marine. Every Fall, the motor and water system have been winterized and the boat shrink wrapped. Currently, the boat is winterized and the wrap was cut off on 3/18/2016.This boat runs great and was used up until the end of October 2015, at which time it was dry docked. I have not had it on the water in 2016 and she remains winterized. This boat has the following features:Custom made snap in carpet on the deck.Mooring cover and supports to cover the deck. The canvas is in great shape and all snaps are in nice shape, with any damaged snaps on the canvas or boat replaced Spring 2015. There is a tear at the rear support that will need to be patched.Built-in rod holders in each gunwale.Mercruiser 302/5.0L that allows the owner to troll all day without exhausting the tank and breaking the bank. A typical 6-hour day under constant trolling power consumes approximately 15 gallons in calm seas.Live well located behind the helm with dash controlled aerator.Garmon GPS unit that comes with Lake Erie and Lake Michigan cards.Raymarine fish finder and depth sounder.Wash down built into the Port gunwale.Potty in the cabin.Freshwater sink in the cabin.Happy Troller trolling plate that will keep the boat down to 1.8mph.Transom mounted 94qt marine cooler .Ship to shore radio with 8' antenna1-din CD/Radio/Aux in the cabin with secondary controls at the helm. Marine rated speakers built into the gunwales.PFD's, throwable and fire extinguisher included in sale.I am including down riggers and planer masts in the sale. The riggers are Big John's electric with 4' booms. The boat has mounting plates and wiring installed. (4) total riggers included and the boat is set for all, with (2) on the transom and (2) on the sides. I have used (2) which work great, the other (2) are unknown condition and should be assumed to need a good cleaning and possibly repair. I bought all used but never had a need for all of them. The masts are manual and work great. I re-spooled both with 150' of line Spring 2015.Maintenance items of note include:(4) new tires on the trailer in Spring 2015.Trailer bearings re-packed Fall 2014(2) new batteries in Spring 2015.Ship to shore radio replaced Spring 2015Trolling plate installed Spring 2015Impellor, distributor cap/rotor, plugs and wires replaced 2014Fall 2015 de-comissioning included oil change, water separator and lower unit lubeThis boat has been great over the last 4 seasons and I have enjoyed her from tubing in TN, drifting for walleye on Lake Erie and trolling for salmon on Lake Michigan. I purchased from my father, who owned it for approximately 6 years before me and maintened it very well. The reason for selling is that I have upgraded to a larger cruiser. Interested parties are encouraged to see the boat in person before placing a bid. Viewing is by appointment and I will accommodate all reasonable requests. Please be considerate of the fact that I do work during the day when making a request to see in person. I am willing to deliver within a 150-mile radius for $1.25/loaded mile. However, arrangements must be made prior to auction end to include scheduling if you would like me to bring the boat to you. An immediate deposit of $500.00 is due via Paypal at auction end.
