The Rinker 260 Fiesta Vee is a 28 mid-cabin family cruiser with an attractive profile and a trailerable 8-foot, 6-inch beam. This is one of the larger boats available to trailer without restrictions. It comes with a heavy-duty Shoreliner tandem trailer with roller bed to make for easy loading and unloading.
This boat is strong and powerful as well as roomy and comfortable. The cabins compact design will comfortably lodge 4 people. It is efficiently arranged with a dinette/V-berth forward, and a standup head with shower as well as a queen sleeping compartment amidships.
This boat was purchased late 2010 with a newly rebuilt Mercruiser 5.7L 260 hp Bravo II stern drive which currently has less than 40 hours and is 100% fresh water enjoyed. The hull is in good condition with normal blemishes. The interior seating and wall fabrics remain in good condition.
There are clear panels for the cockpit cabin, but the bows are missing. You will have to have them made if you want the full cover. However, there is a fitted canvas cockpit cover provided to protect the boat when not in use.
The boat was last professionally maintained in 2014. The bilge pumps, Bimini, and prop, along with other things were replaced; the electrical system was examined, toilet was rebuilt, fluids changed, etc. It has been used very little since.
Other notables, but not limited to, include: Stereo w/speakers and helm remote, AC/DC refrigerator, microwave, combination alcohol/ electric cooktop, 6 gallon hot water tank, marine head, cabin shower, transom shower, trim tabs w/ indicator, CB weather radio, compass, depth finder, Whale fin, halon fire bottle, dual batteries, switch, charger, inverter, dockside water hook up, swim platform w/folding ladder, ski tow hook, transom door cut-out, two level cockpit with "L" shape seating, captains helm chair, galvanized anchor, 75 gallon fuel tank, 30 gallon fresh water tank, 30amp shore power hook up.
This boat runs great and is ready for fun. I am motivated to sell due to that I have spent the last two years away with work and no longer have the time it takes to keep her maintained and on the water.
The cabin windows had shown signs of water penetration after heavy rains. These have since been sealed. The wood bottom on the upper deck cockpit seat shows signs of deterioration; however the vinyl remains in good condition. I had planned to replace the wood with fiberglass and have the boat shined up to sell, but I am only around long enough to have it secured on the trailer and ready for pick up. I am selling it as-is; However, the reserve is set well below market value to offset the cost of professional cleaning and detailing. This is a perfect opportunity to get a great deal on an awesome boat with very low engine miles.
If you are interested in boating with the family and friends, take a good hard look at this one. You will not be disappointed! Email for more information.
