For sale is our Rinker 330 Fiesta Vee , this is a great express cruiser with a spacious cockpit with seating for all your friends .
The boat was liened for 3 years of unpaid storage and she has been dry stored on land for at least 5 years .
We do have a Clear Maryland Title in our company name ready to transfer to the new owner .
We have just had a 25 page survey done by an accredited marine surveyor in the last few days in order to get her insured and have an unbiased 3rd party opinion to help us work out a realistic value , we will make it available to anyone who is serious about buying the boat , the value placed on her in her current condition is $32,500 , in order to come up with the value the surveyor goes through all the comps of similar boats as well as what boats have recently sold for .All the above said we are happy to entertain reasonable realistic offers , partial trades may be considered if we can establish a value of what it is you want to trade beforehand .
The bottom line on the boat : structurally sound, strong and dry with no hidden moisture, very low engine hours , good generator and AC . She needs cosmetic work. The seats need cleaning, needs new canvas, and back cushion has a split in the stitching (approximately 3 inches long). The boat needs a good compound and wax. The interior needs cleaning although there is NO sign of interior mold and the interior is dry it just needs a good wipe down , the 4 portlights are foggy , they do not leak just not clear to look through .
You have the potential to buy it at the right price and also create some equity.
To answer the obvious question of why we don't do it ourselves? We wholesale our boats instead of adding additional costs and time to the bottom line. Most people prefer saving money and doing a bit of work themselves .
These Rinkers retail on average between $30K and $40K , the cheapest one that I have seen on the market recently that required engine overhauls was under contract at $21K , ours has been priced aggressively but keep in mind it does need some clean up work .
