Payment information:

Payment is due when auction closes. We reserve the right to relist or sell to another person if auction winner fails to meet any of the deadlines including full payment at auction close. Please note: A $399 boat transfer fee, which covers the boat transfer process, including title and lien verification, payment invoicing and collection and boat transfer with the boat owner including a bill of sale; this will be added in addition to the winning bid amount. This fee will also be refunded in full if you do not take possession of the boat and/or title due to the boat not being described accurately.

---- In some cases the boat owner will give away or sell elsewhere o have an outstanding lien and we will have to refund your money in full if you were invoiced and paid. We have no control over this and will do our very best to prevent this from occurring.
