No major problems. Engine and Outdrive in great running order. Engine/boat does not have an hour meter (I don't know why). Hull and Deck are solid with no soft spots. Outdrive re-built with new seals about a year ago. New transom seals done at same time along with new starting and house batteries, and new power steering pump then. Kholer 5e marine generator, controller rebuilt around same time and runs good. She is yacht rated so no limit on passengers. Can sleep 4 comfortably with front vee berth and aft bed. Had started updating it with new vee berth cushions. It can be trailered but trailer is not included nor available from seller. 5,900 lbs dry weight. Comes with platform cushions to make rear sun bed. Mercruiser 7.4L (454ci) v8. Bravo III outdrive. Faucet in head pulls out for shower, also an outdoor shower sprayer on dive platform. New GPS, Chartplotter, fish finder unit included. Spare anode set included. Will include portable, floating marine radio. Known issues: bimini top has an 8" tear and should be replaced; Microwave door stuck and probably needs replaced; missing toilet seat; front remote spotlight broken and not worth replacing; I was told the hot water heater was broken and never plumber back in, count on replacing it if you need it; some deck upholstery seams starting to separate and need repair; typical scuffs on hull; mounted marine radio screen faded (why I got the portable). Thats it, nothing big or expensive is in bad repair, she could just use some more updating. She comes to a plane at about 20mph and can do it in maybe 10 seconds. Top speed is close to 40mph. 100 gallon gas tank. Fresh water tank (20 gallon?). Black water tank with macerator pump. Trim tabs work. Windlass (power anchor) works. Fridge works. Never tried the range but think it works. Batteries charge and hold it fine. Shore Power with cable for plugging in while at dock. Beam is about 8'. Draft is a little under 3' I think.I've had her for about 3 years and just don't use the boat as much as I had hoped to. Want someone to buy it that will get better use of her.
