2003 Rinker 270 Fiesta Vee

Rinker 270 Fiesta Vee, Please note the trailer is not included in this sale, I need the trailer for my next boat. If you are somewhat local to NJ I may be able to assist with delivery, but do not assume that with out discussing that with me.Boat is powered by a Mercruiser 350 Magnum that runs well and has 579 hours. It has a bravo three outdrive and a new transom plate that was installed last year. Also equipped with a Kohler 5 Kw marine generator that also runs well. I have used the boat with my family for the last 2 years, It starts right up, performs very well, idles and shifts smooth, mechanically very sound.Marine AC unit with reverse cycle heat. Please note: I only have the bimini tops that are shown in the pictures, no mooring cover, and side curtains included.Vacume flush marine head12 volt refridgerator120 volt microwave120 volt cooktop120 volt hot water heaterGPS screen works but has faded and sometimes has moisture in the screen.Previous owner had installed a very expensive stereo system which he removed and I never replaced, you may notice the hole in the dash board and below deck cabinet. You could probably mount a new stereo in these existing openings and that would fix this issue.All lights and features work as they should, I cant think of anything on the boat that doesnt work, the hull has a nice shine and the cabin interior looks as though it has hardly been used, the cockpit vinyl looks good but not great, there are some stains and discoloration, but I didnt spend much time trying to get them out, maybe they would come out?? Book value without the generator option is 24-27K but I am looking for a fast sale to help complete the purchase of my new boat, come with all offers.
