Problems with any boat problems can be overlooked or unknown and we must sell all boat AS-IS, WHERE-IS. By bidding on our classifieds board listed item you are entering a contract with Boat Angel Outreach Center and committing to honor in full for your bid amount. You are representing that your classifieds board bidder ID is legitimate and that your address and telephone number are correct. In the case of a winning bid we need to your contact information immediately upon auction close. We reserve the right to require proof of state or federal ID for all buyers. Your failure to fill out the oline form we have provided is an admission on your part that you are not making a good faith effort to complete this transaction. By failing to contact us you are acting in bad faith, as we do attempt to contact every winning bidder. If you do not contact us then you have violated our sellers terms and agreements. We reserve the right to cancel any bids you have made and take legal action to recoup damages and attorney fees for interfering with our rights to raise funds for our charity through the classifieds board bidding process. You have the right to leave item at the purchase location if misrepresented
You have the right to receive 100% or your deposit if item left at purchase location if item is found to be misrepresented, item must be physically inspected by winning bidder
Misrepresentations must be stated clearly in writing with photographs of the misrepresentation

Winning Bidder Instructions/Terms - Full amount due within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Total balance may be sent via direct deposit, wire, cashier's check, money order or Pay Pal. In the event contact is not made within 24-hours of the end of the auction and/or funds are not made by the specified times, Car Angel/Boat Angel reserves the right to re-list the item. We also reserve the right to re-list the item if the telephone number provided from a buyers classifieds board information is incorrect. Delivery - Unless otherwise specified in the descriptive text or via written mutual agreement between the buyer and seller, this item is being sold as is where is, and the buyer is solely responsible for arranging shipping and/or transportation from its auction location and for all associated costs. If the buyer or buyer's agent does not take possession of the item in a 4-7 day time frame, the buyer is liable for any costs seller may incur for storage and/or for moving the item to a longer-term storage facility.
Taxes and fees - All applicable taxes or fees associated with the purchase, registration, title transfer, or licensing of this item is the responsibility of the buyer.

Unpaid Items If you choose to exercise your classifieds board right and request your deposit to be returned either partially or in full, or if you fail to pick up the item from its posted location, seller reserves the right to file an unpaid item case and block you from future auctions. All funds transferred to seller are considered deposits. Sale must be completed and item picked up according to sellers posted terms. Seller assumes no liability for buyers ability or inability to pick up posted items. This includes item which are made unavailable by donor. All funds rendered to Boat Angel according to classifieds board Motors regulations are considered deposits until the buyer takes possession / transfers item, seller terms for transfer are seven days.
Warranty - AS IS WHERE IS NO WARRANTY. This item is being sold as is, where is, with no warranty, expressed written or implied. Seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or a defect of any item sold herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. Seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this item at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale, but this too, shall not be interpreted as a warranty of any kind. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the item.

Items left by buyer or buyers agent for longer than 30 days at the storage yard, marina, repair shop, dealership or donor designated storage location shall be deemed abandoned and shall render the Bill of Sale void. Abandoning the item will cause the entire proceeds paid to Boat Angel to be forfeited and the item shall be at the sole discretion of Boat Angel to be available for resale. If the buyer prior to the 30 days enters a contract with a marina, storage yard, repair facility, etc., that item shall not be considered abandoned and the buyer shall pick it up at his or her sole determination not subjecting the donor/consignee to any fees for that storage period. Any boat being sold that is documented with the United States Coast Guard can only be transferred to a US Citizen.
Blocked Bidders If you have been placed on our blocked bidder list and bid using any other user ID, we will not complete the sale.
SELLER NOTICE: All repeat buyers/bidders are not eligible to make repeatpurchases. If you have failed to pick up/move an item within the specified time, if you have failed to transfer legal ownership within our posted terms 60 days, if you have requested a return of deposit funds or failed to make a timely payment for any reason whatsoever, you may be blocked from purchasing. In addition, if we have received a call/report that you were difficult to work with your account can be blocked from all future purchases. If you attempt a bid, classifieds board will notify you if your account is blocked. If you use another account to work around any seller placed bidding restrictions we reserve the 100% right to deny the transaction and return any funds deposited to us through PayPal. We reserve the right to report the transaction as unwanted bidder interference.
