PLEASE READ WHOLE DESCRIPTION BEFORE CONTACTING ME!!!!! Selling my liveaboard waterfront condo!!!! The reason for my sale is that I am moving with my girlfriend and she doesn't want to live in the boat!!!! I bought the boat as-is with the sole purpose of living aboard, and did it!!!!! I had a wonderful time, and will do it again for sure!!!! When I bought the boat the engines where frozen, I removed them ( I have everything stored, you can see it in the pictures). The generator starts, and most of the things in the boat are in good working condition, if you find a boat with everything functioning, it is probably new!!!! The transmissions are still in the boat, as shown in the pictures. I have the wet bar with the ice machine which works perfect, you can see it in the additional pictures, also, I have the full enclosure, rugs, the outside table, and the front sun pads. The air conditioning unit has been replaced 3 years ago. The engines in the picture are 7.4 MPI MERCRUISER 454s.This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to put some engines on the boat, or someone that wants to liveaboard it. The boat is located at one of the most upscale marinas in fort lauderdale, It has a clubhouse, restaurants & plenty of parking. The monthly fee is $1060.
