PLEASE READ WHOLE DESCRIPTION BEFORE CONTACTING ME!!!!! Selling my liveaboard waterfront condo!!!! The reason for my sale is that I am moving with my girlfriend and she doesn't want to live in the boat!!!! I bought the boat as-is with the sole purpose of living aboard, and did it!!!!! I had a wonderful time, and will do it again for sure!!!! When I bought the boat the engines where frozen, I removed them ( I have everything stored). The generator starts, and most of the things in the boat are in good working condition.
