Regal Commodore 380

This item is also listed for sale/trade locally and the auction may end early if an agreement is reached outside of classifieds board.I am selling/trading a Regal Marina Commodore 380 project boat. The vessel has had the two 454's replaced in 2012 with fresh blocks. I do run the engines on occasion and took it out the weekend before the 4th for a few interested parties to look at. Aside from that the boat has been sitting for close to a year in a wet slip at the Peninsula Yacht Club in Cornelius, NC due to family medical reasons.The starboard carb does have a sticky float and the port carb seems to be running a little rich. They both could use some attention and a rebuild I am sure.The interior has been close to gutted in order to be updated and some hull gel coat work was started on the rear of the vessel as can be seen in the images but not finished. This is a project boat that needs TLC but is good mechanically so you can actually use it this season while you begin the restoration process. The boat has a large generator that I have not run in many years and would also need at least some carb work to get it going. The boat has beautiful lines and could easily be a great investment opportunity for someone willing to put in the time and money. Engine hours since the rebuilds are in the neighborhood of 100 hours. Also has new starters and $2000 worth of custom synthetic teak decking for swim platform and steps. As I said, this is a project boat and is sold as is but does run and will give use and enjoyment while going through any further restore processes.
