2003 Regal Commodore 2860 Express Cruiser. Port engine starts and runs fine, Starboard engine wont turn over. Boat has been sitting in the slip about 2 1/2 years. Needs TLC. Mechanics special. Twin Volvo 4.3 GXI engines a little under 600 hours. Generator, heat, air conditioning, Stereo, TV, Anchor windless ETC. This boat has every option that you could get on this model in 2003. New batteries last week. Cushions have some mold that needs to be cleaned but no tears in the vinyl. This boat needs an owner that can work on it I am not that guy. I don't have the time to own a boat any more so it needs to go to someone who can clean it up and get a great deal. It does not come with a trailer. It is in a slip in Downtown Norfolk. The slip is paid through December 31st so you have till then to move it or take over the slip.
