This 2004 Regal Commodore 2860 is the perfect lake boat for you and your family. I have just purchased two brand new motors for it, they have only a couple hours on them right now and will continue to go up as I still use the boat. The drives and props are in good condition. The exterior was professionally wet sanded and buffed at the beginning of the summer and still looks great. We also noticed a slight leak from the water heater this season so we replaced it as well. This is a good all-around boat that with two brand new motors will last you for a very long time. It does come with a trailer that we put new tires on for a trip to Florida also at the beginning of the season. Selling to move onto another boat or toy.
