Her 10 foot beam gives her plenty of room at the dock and the twin 5.7L Mercruisers (260 hp each) give her plenty of power on the water. You will not find a roomier 27 foot boat with all the features at the same price.In the cabin, which has 6'3" of headroom, she has a forward private berth (sleeps 2), a couch that converts to either a dinette or a bed (sleeps 2), and an aft cabin (sleeps 2). Additionally, she has a full galley kitchen complete with a combination electric/alchol stove,(alcohol portion not working) sink, and AC/DC refrigerator. She has a fully enclosed head with a standup shower. Finally, she comes with an air conditioner that cools the cabin nicely on hot summer days.In the cockpit area, the large helm seat and back bench provide seating for 8 people. The helm seat back swings either forward or aft allowing your guests to converse easily and feel apart of the party. The back bench seat can be simply removed turning the boat into an excellent fishing vessel with the high freeboard of a charter boat that allows everyone to stand and fish. The entire cockpit can be enclosed with the very large camper top that has 6'5" of headroom making the boat even roomier.I have owned this boat for 4 years and have really enjoyed caring for her. She is an excellent Lake Michigan boat and her 10 foot beam is truly the difference to handle all kinds of weather conditions. If you are in the market for a versatile boat that you can anchor up close to the beach, sleep on it comfortably at the marina, take friends and family fishing, and all the while stable enough and powerful enough to handle big water, this boat is for you. My family has had many years of summertime enjoyment on this boat and I have no doubt she'll make another family very happy.The boat is still in the water and up for a viewing/test run. The registration is good through 2020.The boat has undergone many improvements which include:Stereo system with 6 speakers and one bass tube (amps), LED Televsion, New GPS installed 2016, LED lights throughout, New cushions, New wash down pump installed 2017, Toilet bowl rebuilt 2016, among other improvements. New airhorn was also put in 2017. the 2 way radio is 3 years old. The generator was rebuilt 2017.As for the engines, New distributor ignotions 2017, New intake manifolds 2017, new exhaust and riser manifolds on startboard engine 2017, New water pump straboard engine 2017, New impeller on starboard side with gimbal bearing on starboard side. New carburetors for both sides on 2016 Edelbrocks. Port engine was put in 2014. Many new parts and improvements throughout the whole boat.The boat is in above satisfactory conditions for a boat of this age. Some of the cushions are weathered and show signs of being wet.
