Great ConditionBoat is 1989 so Gell Coat is Faded, some light scratches in bottom of haul, wood could use a fresh coat of teak oil, and front hatch leaks a few drops of water if it is pouring down rain (needs seal replaced). Also the outboard and trim tabs need the zinc anti-corrosion tabs replaced.

1989 Regal Ambassador 233XL w/ 1994 loadrite trailer.

23 ft (26 ft long including the swim platform and bow pulpit)

5.7 litre/V-8 AlphaOne Mercruiser 260 HP (engine was replaced in 2008) the 20 hr service was done that same season. There are less than 30 hrs total on the new engine.

Bottom paint done in 2008.

The boat was professionally winterized every winter.
