This Regal 3860 is theepitome of luxury and performance. The Commodore 3860 is hand built in Orlandoand its a 3rd generation family owned and operated organization.This boat has a timeless bright white hull with a Navy Boot Stripe. Both thedeck and cabin layout are roomy and comfortable. The Commodore 3860 has a pairof Volvo Penta 8.1GXil-D inboard motors rated at 850 hp, making this a highperforming cruiser. Maneuverability is what sets this boat apart from others,twin inboards and a Vetrus bow thruster allows you to dock this boat with easeeverytime. The Commodore 3860 cruises around 23-25 mph and tops out at rightaround 45 mph. These performance numbers are countered with an impressive fueleconomy of 1.26 mpg at cruising speed, which yields a 314.5-mile range based on90 percent fuel capacity.

The attention to detailand luxury is apparent throughout the Commodore 3860, as is a generous amountof space. Theres a C-shaped settee on the helm deck, plus an L-shaped one in theaft cockpit. Both will hold at least a half-dozen adults comfortably. Even thehelm seat is a double. The refreshment center to starboard has a sink and roomunderneath it to hold the standard cockpit refrigerator and freezer. Theresalso a standard 25-quart cooler tucked into a compartment off the aft cockpit.Tthe transom storage compartment door is mechanically sprung to open straightup instead of out. Even though the swim platform is wide, you dont have tostep back when you open the compartment. Whats more, you can access the samecompartment by lifting the cushion on the transom section of the cockpit benchseat. Ditto for the compartment under the port-side bench. This one is evendeep enough to swallow a 7-foot fishing rod. On the foredeck there are threehatches that hide away all the ground tackle, fenders, lines and washdown hosesfor a very clean look forward. The toe rail even has a nonskid bevel for addedsecurity when youre working the lines.

The interior ofCommodore 3860 has a two-stateroom interior layout that includes two heads,something you dont often find on boats in this range. The master stateroom isforward. It has a pedestal queen berth thats set at an angle, parallel to thestarboard hull side. This allows the berth to retain a rectangular shape. Thereare two lighted, cedar-lined hanging lockers and a large storage compartmentunder the hinged mattress on the berth. A 20-inch TV is standard. At itshighest point the forward stateroom has an impressive 6 feet, 5 inches of headroom.That vertical clearance carries over to the head compartment, where youll finda spacious circular-door shower with a molded fiberglass seat. The aftstateroom has twin berths with storage underneath and a single hanging locker.This compartment also has a 13 TV. The toilet and shower are enclosed, and thesink and vanity are open to the compartment. A settee runs along the starboardside of the salon. The outer sections open into recliners, and the center canconvert to a double berth. The standard entertainment center includes a 32-inchTV, a xBox and a stereo with surround sound. Theres even a built-in wine rackwith an attractive smoked-glass door. The 3860s galley runs along the portside of the salon. When not in use, everything is hidden in cabinets or undercountertop panels for a very clean look. This boat is upfitted the optionalcherry wood and has brand new carpet (2021) that gives the salon an elegantlook. Standard appliances include an under-counter side-by-side, 7.4-cubic-footrefrigerator/freezer, a double-burner stove, a microwave oven and acoffeemaker.
