Fresh water boat that was in salt water for a short time.Boat came to Florida from North Carolina and was dry stored in Key West for the last three years. All the maintenance was done and boat came by water to LaBelle, FL and is stored in FRESH water marina since last year.Boat is loaded with all the possible options.Twin 350 MPI Mercruisers with Bravo 3 outdrives have around 410 hours on it now. Video of the boat running is available upon request.Low Nada guide base price is $62550 and with all the equipment is close to $70000. Surveyed at the end of 2018 for $75000 in AS IT WAS condition, after it was sitting in storage for 3 years. Since than all the systems were gone through. Exhaust manifolds were removed and found in excellent fresh water condition. New water pumps were installed. Everything was checked and boat is very clean. Outdrives were serviced with new bellows etc, etc...Boat is in absolutelyperfect mechanical condition and excellent inside and outside just with few little blemishes from not being used. All gauges work but port side trim gauge. Boat is in the water and does not have a trailer.Kohler 5kw generator with very low hours and looks like new. I cannot start generator as it shows OC (over crank) code. Code is going on after 3 attempts to start it. It is very minor but needs a Kohler tech to reset computer, but there is no one in my area. I will try to fix this problem.There is no isinglass. Teak flooring was installed at the end of 2019. I am in LaBelle this week and can show you the boat, please call in advance.This is a one owner boat with no accidents and repairs. Bottom paint was applied first time before boat came to Florida and it can be washed away quite easy if desired.
