Regal 28 Express

Up for sale is a 2016 Regal 28 Express. Fully loaded. Boat has been babied and has rarely left the dock. We just putt out and back. We purchased the boat in 2020 with 10 hours on it. Now it has 36 hours- very low hours. Volvo V8 300. Black/white with a tan boot stripe. Both outside and inside are immaculate for the year. Engine bay is neat but could use a cleaning. Its the only thing I haven't done this year. Boat has been fully serviced including the outdrive. Maintained by our local marina in NJ. They are available if need be. Has always been in freshwater. Stored indoors. 2nd owner.
